Need Advice...

Okay Ladies I need your help.
I am kind freaking out inside to go into labor.
I understand it is natural and my body will guide me but I have all these worries.
I want an all natural birth, and I understand that things happen so I am open if an emergency arises.
But other then that I want everything to be natural.
The reasoning is because I am allergic to a lot and my body does not take well to drugs.
I do not want any bad reactions happen to me while in labor.
With that being said...

Do any of you know any good websites or books that I can read about natural labor birth?
Something to ease my mind, informative, and relax my nerves?
Things I can do to help the progression of my labor, easing the pain naturally, etc.
I want to get all the knowledge in before I am in labor and not knowing what to expect.

Natural Childbirth

I had my monthly doctor visit today and she was amazing.
I truly love my midwife and so excited to have her deliver my baby!
She really puts my mind at ease and is such a caring person.
Baby Reagan is doing wonderfully. Her heartbeat always sounds amazing.
I had to do my gluclose test today and it wasnt as bad as I thought it was going to bed.
Everyone else really made it sound a lot worse then what it was.
Since I havent gained any weight yet, they think I might become anemic in pregnancy,
so they had me do my test now to find out sooner.
We shall next week when the results get in.

Also I have one more four week appt. and then they start going to every 2 weeks!
That seems so crazy to me. Yes I am 24 weeks but I still feel like its forever away.
I dont feel like in 3 months I will have a baby.
It feels so surreal at times.
I also bought a prenatal yoga dvd and a new yoga mat that I am starting today.
I am hoping that years of yoga will help when it comes to me being in labor.

Look into taking a 'bradly' class. I'm new to your blog, so I don't know if you have someone who is going to be helping you through labor, but the bardley method, is very partner based, so you would need a helper....All that said, I haven't actually done it, but I know quite a few who have. It seems to be 'it' for natural child birth.

Welcome to my blog! I heard about the bradley classes but they are a tad pricey. I am going to see if there are any discounts or anything. Thanks for stopping by!
